Join us for a 'Çreek Gym' working bee on the Kororoit Creek at our wonderful Lizard Lounge site. The Lizard Lounge is a site we have been working on for around 4 years now and it has been transformed from a large patch of weed grass in to an oasis of wildflowers, indigenous grasses, shrubs and trees. There is abundant wildlife at the site.

We call it 'Creek Gym' because it is a workout for physical and mental health as well as being hugely beneficial to the creek as we weed, plant, mulch and water.

We love meeting new people and sharing the experience of the creek together as we do good work. Join us!

Entry to the site is at 27 Fraser St, Sunshine. If you can't see us - we are just a little further upstream - walk about 20 metres along the path and you'll spot us.

This will be a small Covid safe event with a maximum of 10 people. Please wear your masks. Bring your own gloves, water bottles, hats and sunscreen. It is wise to wear long pants and shirts as well as sturdy shoes. We will have hand sanistiser on site. Please stay home if you are unwell.
